This gallery showcases the completed sections of the National Road DK22, commissioned by PORR – one of the leading infrastructure contractors in Europe. The photographed stretches between Knybawa and Gnojewo as well as Chojnice and Czersk highlight the transformation of one of the most important east-west road corridors in northern Poland.
The DK22, often referred to as the "Berlinka", is a historic route originally planned as a strategic connection between Berlin and Kaliningrad. Today, it plays a vital role in regional transport, connecting key cities and supporting economic development.
