I had the opportunity to photograph this remarkable structure, and I chose to present the images in black and white because it beautifully emphasizes the strong lines, contrasts, and rhythm of its architecture. The building stands 73.5 meters tall and covers over 90,000 square meters of space, featuring one of the world’s largest indoor vertical gardens with more than 70,000 plants. It was designed to be highly energy efficient, using natural ventilation and renewable energy sources, making it one of the most sustainable city halls in the world.
