In Świdnik, Dekpol Budownictwo, commissioned by Panattoni BTS, completed a state-of-the-art 23,000 m² production facility for TRILUX, a leading German lighting solutions company. This is TRILUX's first manufacturing investment in Poland, set to become a key hub for the TRILUX Group in Central and Eastern Europe. The modern factory will employ around 250 people and is designed for BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, highlighting its sustainable and eco-friendly features.
For client (Panattoni Poland) my task was to capture this impressive investment in the best possible light, emphasizing its modern design, scale, and significance for the local economy.
