Adamietz has undertaken the "Nowa Kurkowa" project, a six-story residential building located at Kurkowa 36-38 in Wrocław's Nadodrze district. Commissioned by Akademia Development Sp. z o.o., the building encompasses approximately 4,000 m² and stands 21.7 meters tall. It comprises 66 functional apartments and three modern commercial units on the ground floor. The facade artfully blends elements reminiscent of 19th-century townhouses with contemporary architectural design.
My role was to capture and present this development in its most favorable light, highlighting its architectural nuances and the seamless integration of historical and modern design elements.
