The new warehouse doubles the company’s previous storage capacity, enhancing its distribution capabilities. The building also includes a self-service wholesale area and the Elements bathroom and heating showroom.
Designed and built by Dekpol Budownictwo, this state-of-the-art project incorporates eco-friendly features such as ground and air heat pumps for underfloor heating, photovoltaic panels, and a rainwater recovery system. A BMS (Building Management System) optimizes energy use and ensures convenience, while the aerosol fire suppression system safeguards the server room.
The facility also earned the prestigious VDS international fire safety certification for its sprinkler system. This modern development sets a new standard in cubature construction, streamlining operations and improving work environments.
