The price of the photo production and the content of the service
Please note that prices are determined on a case-by-case basis, as every session demands distinct commitments regarding time, resources, personnel, travel, etc. We always aim to establish the most favorable conditions for you. The prices listed above are approximate and do not constitute a final offer.
Traveling expenses
Any separate travel expenses will be included in the final offer. In the GDANSK area, travel expenses are included in the price. In photoshoots made elsewhere in POLAND and abroad, we charge for travel expenses by kilometers or plane tickets. We have a mobile photography studio equipment so photo production is possible to arrange where you need to.

Image style and production
All images are processed to become the best possible according to the customer’s brand. Adjusting of the exposure, contrast, white balance, and cropping of images. More demanding image processing and image manipulation (for example removing objects from the image, smoothing the skin or work requiring more editing) will be charged separately.

Payment for the photography production
Payment for the photography is usually made by invoice. The payment term on the invoice is 7 or 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.

Image bank and downloading of the images
The image bank containing the preview images will be delivered when the shooting fee has been paid in full. The customer can select from the image bank the images included in the price of the shooting package, which will be processed and delivered to the image bank for download.
Instructions for downloading the finished image files are always sent in a separate e-mail.

It is possible to order additional images through the Image Bank. In addition to the shooting package, an invoice will be delivered for the ordered images. Copyrights and licenses
For clear and transparent pricing, image files are provided with free access regardless of media, circulation and impressions. However all copyrights are legally retained by the photographer, unless otherwise agreed.
A photographer may use images in a portfolio, blog, photo contests, or other photography-related marketing without permission. The photographer is committed to respecting the client’s privacy.

Rescheduling the photoshoot
It is possible to postpone the shooting date, but we hope that you will contact us no later than 36 hours after the start of the shooting.
If canceled later or in case of no-show we will charge 80% of the fee.
